Recombinant Mouse Apolipoprotein H/ApoH Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gly20-Cys345) of mouse Apolipoprotein H/ApoH (Accession #NP_038503.4) fused with and a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；
复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周。

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. 背景信息

Apolipoprotein (apo)H (also known as beta 2 glycoprotein-I) is a glycoprotein synthesized by liver cells and it is present in the blood associated with plasma lipoproteins. APOH displays a genetically determined structural polymorphism: three alleles (APOH*1, APOH*2, APOH*3) at a single locus on chromosome 17 code for different isoforms, and population studies have shown that APOH*2 is the most frequent allele.
