Recombinant Human POLQ (1819-2590) Protein was determined by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie Blue, showing bands at 88.6 kDa.

POLQ (1819-2590) polymerase activity test using FI method. The POLQ (1819-2590) polymerase activity was assayed with PicoGreen technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the POLQ (1819-2590) protein, fluorescence-labeled dsDNA and PicoGreen at 25C for 90min, then reading 485nm and 520nm fluorescence signal with BMG.
