Recombinant Human MRCK alpha/CDC42BPA Protein is produced by Baculovirus-Insect Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser2-Gln473) of Human CDC42BPA (Accession #Q5VT25) fused with a N-GST tag.

储存

Store at -70°C. This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature.
Aliquots below 10 μL are not advisable. Product must not be stored in diluted solutions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

背景信息

Serine/threonine-protein kinase MRCK alpha (MRCKα) encoded by the CDC42BPA gene contains multiple functional domains. Its kinase domain is highly similar to that of the myotonic dystrophy protein kinase (DMPK). MRCKα also contains a Rac interactive binding (CRIB) domain, and has been shown to bind CDC42. It may function as a CDC42 downstream effector mediating CDC42 induced peripheral actin formation, and promoting cytoskeletal reorganization.
