描述
Recombinant Tobacco etch virus TEV Protease is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gly2038-Asn2273) of tobacco etch virus TEV (Accession #NP_062908.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus.
储存
Store at -20℃.This product is stable at ≤ -20℃ for up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature.
（1）未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周；
（2）干粉蛋白复溶浓度建议在0.1-0.5 mg/mL，不能低于0.1mg/mL，长期储存请添加保护剂（如0.1%BSA），并分装保存，避免反复冻融；
（3）液体蛋白的保存温度及效期请参考说明书，如对液体蛋白浓度有要求，请提前咨询销售或者技术支持。
生物活性
1 unit of TEV Protease will cleave 2 μg of substrate protein to 95% completion in a total reaction volume of 10 µL in 1×TEV Buffer (50 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT) at 30℃ in 1 hour.
