描述

Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD7 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala26-Pro180) of Human CD7 (Accession #P09564) fused with a C-His&Avi tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；
复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周。

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. CD7, also known as Leu-9, is an approximately 40 kDa glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily.CD7 is expressed on T cells, NK cells , myeloid progenitor cells, and CD19 B progenitor cells. Among CD8 T cells, the CD7-bright population preferentially contains na?ve and memory cells, while more weak expressors are primarily effector cells.
