Recombinant Mouse IL-4R alpha/CD124 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ile 26 - Arg 233) of mouse IL4R (Accession #NP_001008700.1) fused with and a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

生物活性

Measured by its ability to inhibit the mIL-4-dependent proliferation of HT-2 mouse T cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.5-2 μg/mL in the presence of 5 ng/mL of recombinant mouse IL-4(Catalog: RP01161).

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. 背景信息

CD124, also known as the interleukin 4 receptor (IL4R), is a typeⅠ transmembrane protein that can regulate IgE antibody production in B cells through binding to interleukin 4 and interleukin 13 and promote differentiation of Th2 cells through binding to interleukin 4. The membrane-bound form of CD124 can be hydrolyzed to a soluble form which can inhibit IL4-mediated cell proliferation and IL5 upregulation by T-cells.
