Biotinylated Recombinant Human TNFRSF10B/DR5/TRAIL-R2/CD262 Protein is produced by Expi293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ile56-Glu182) of Human TNFRSF10B/DR5/TRAIL-R2/CD262 fused with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. 背景信息

DR5, also called TRAIL R2, TRICK 2, TNFRSF10B, and MK is a type 1 TNF R superfamily, membrane protein which is a receptor for TRAIL (APO2 ligand). DR5 is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TNFSF10/TRAIL. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis.
