FITC-Labeled Recombinant Human B7-H3/CD276 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu29-Pro245) of Human B7-H3/CD276 (Accession #Q5ZPR3-2) fused with a C-hFc tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -70℃. This product is stable at ≤ -70℃ for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

B7-H3, a member of the B7 family of immunomodulatory molecules, is overexpressed in a wide range of solid cancers.B7-H3 binds to activated T cells via an as yet unidentified receptor. In assays using sub-optimal amount so anti-CD3 stimulation, 2Ig?B7?H3 enhances T cell proliferation, T cell interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) production, and cytotoxic T cells induction.
