The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Phe346 (CDK7) & Met1-Leu323 (Cyclin H) & Met1-Ser309 (MAT1)) of Human CDK7&CCNH&MNAT1 (Accession #P50613&P51946&P51948) fused with a N-GST (CDK7) & N-His-Flag (Cyclin H) & N-His-Flag (MAT1) tag.

储存

Store at -70°C. This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature.
Aliquots below 10 μL are not advisable. Product must not be stored in diluted solutions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

CDK7 also known as cyclin-dependent kinase 7 or cell division protein kinase 7 is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. It forms a trimeric complex with cyclin H and MAT1, which functions as a Cdk-activating kinase (CAK). It is an essential component of the transcription factor TFIIH, that is involved in transcription initiation and DNA repair. And CDK7 is thought to serve as a direct link between the regulation of transcription and the cell cycle.
