Flow cytometry analysis of mouse spleen using ABflo® 647 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD11b mAb (A24095) and ABflo® 488 Rat anti-Mouse MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) mAb (A25481) clearly classified positive and negative cells. The effects of ABclonal and vendor B are similar.
