CD8+ T cells were initially isolated from fresh C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes using anti-CD8 rabbit monoclonal antibody (A23904). CD8+ T cells were activated for 2 days by anti-CD3 and CD28 antibodies, Activated CD8+ T cells demonstrated elevated expression of CD25 (left panel) and CD69 (right panel) using flowcytometry. ABflo® 594-conjugated anti-CD25 rabbit monoclonal antibody (A23809) and ABflo® 488-conjugated anti-CD69 rabbit monoclonal antibody (A24938) were used in flowcytometry assays.
The figure shows the gating strategy for a blank tube (top) and an ABclonal antibody ABflo®488 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD69 mAb single-staining tube (bottom). The positive signal transition is obvious.
Predicted to enable calcium ion binding activity and identical protein binding activity. Located in external side of plasma membrane. Orthologous to human CD69 (CD69 molecule).
