Description
CD8+ T cells were initially isolated from fresh C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes using anti-CD8 rabbit monoclonal antibody (A23904). CD8+ T cells were activated for 2 days by anti-CD3 and CD28 antibodies, Activated CD8+ T cells demonstrated elevated expression of CD25 (left panel) and CD69 (right panel) using flowcytometry. ABflo® 594-conjugated anti-CD25 rabbit monoclonal antibody (A23809) and ABflo® 488-conjugated anti-CD69 rabbit monoclonal antibody (A24938) were used in flowcytometry assays.
