ECL Enhanced Pico Kit(1pg) , is a standard-sensitivity chemiluminescent (ECL) HRP substrate that enables users to achieve lower picogram-level protein detection (~1×10-12g) during Western blot analysis, with significant antibody conservation. ECL Substrate delivers bright signals and lower picogram-level detection sensitivity for Western blot experiments using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. Compatible with a wide range of membranes, blocking buffers and antibody dilutions, it meets diverse Western blotting application requirements through outstanding performance, versatility and cost-effectiveness.
