背景信息

The 3-fluorescence Mouse MDSC Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype MDSCs Subsets in Mouse blood or tissue samples. ABflo® multi-fluorescence panel RK40018 covers the core CD markers of CD11b, Ly-6G and Ly-6C. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD11b+Ly-6G-Ly-6Chigh M-MDSCs and CD11b+Ly-6G+Ly-6Clow PMN-MDSCs (cite figures).
