背景信息

The 5-fluorescence Human ASCs B cell Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype B cells in Human blood or tissue samples. ABflo® multi-fluorescence panel RK40019 covers the core CD markers of CD19, CD20, CD27, CD38 and CD24. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD19+ B cells, CD38highCD24high Transitional B cells and CD27+CD38high Antibody secreting cells (cite figures).
