Recombinant Human FCAR/CD89 Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln22-Asn227) of human CD89/FCAR (Accession #NP_001991.1) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

生物活性

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human IGHA1 (Catalog: RPT0023) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD89/FCAR (Catalog: RP00113) with a linear range of 0.01-7.4 ng/mL.

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. 背景信息

This protein is a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily and receptor for the Fc region of IgA. The receptor is a transmembrane glycoprotein present on the surface of myeloid lineage cells such as neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils, where it mediates immunologic responses to pathogens. It interacts with IgA-opsonized targets and triggers several immunologic defense processes, including phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and stimulation of the release of inflammatory mediators. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
