Recombinant Rat 5'-Nucleotidase/NT5E/CD73 Protein is produced by Human Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Trp29-Lys549) of rat 5'-Nucleotidase/NT5E/CD73 (Accession #P21588) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. CD73, also known as Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, is an ectoenzyme that is attached to the cell membrane by a glycosylphophatidylinositol anchor. The enzyme is expressed by most cell types. The 5 ’ -Nucleotidase activity of CD73converts extracellular nucleoside-5 ’ -monophosphates to nucleosides. CD73 is one of several enzymesresponsible for the production of extracellular adenosine, a signaling molecule that is involved in responses toinflammation and tissue injury. CD73 hydrolyzes extracellular nucleotides into membrane permeablenucleosides.
