Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide/NT-proBNP Protein Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (His27-Pro104) of human Brain Natriuretic Peptide/BNP (Accession #P16860) fused with a hFC tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Brain-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) is a nonglycosylated peptide that is produced predominantly byventricular myocytes and belongs to the natriuretic peptide family. Proteolytic cleavage of the 12 kDa BNPprecursor gives rise to N-terminal Pro BNP (NT-proBNP) and mature BNP. N-terminal proB-type natriureticpeptide (NT-proBNP), a useful marker of heart failure (HF), is considered to be secreted mainly from theventricle, increased serum NT-proBNP levels are also encountered in conditions such as atrial fibrillation (AF)and atrial septal defect in patients without HF.
