描述

Recombinant Human PVR/CD155 Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asp28-Asn343) of human CD155/PVR (Accession #NP_006496.4) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD155 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD96 with a linear range of 0.1-76 ng/mL.

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. 背景信息

This protein is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The external domain mediates cell attachment to the extracellular matrix molecule vitronectin, while its intracellular domain interacts with the dynein light chain Tctex-1/DYNLT1. The gene is specific to the primate lineage, and serves as a cellular receptor for poliovirus in the first step of poliovirus replication.
