Recombinant Human GSTO-1/SPG-R Protein was determined by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie Blue, showing a band at 30kDa.

Immobilized recombinant Human GSTO1 at 1μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind GSTO1 Rabbit mAb with a linear range of 0.5-4.33ng/mL.

Immobilized recombinant Human Annexin A5 at 10μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human GSTO1 with a linear range of 0.15-3.16μg/mL.

背景信息

Exhibits glutathione-dependent thiol transferase and dehydroascorbate reductase activities. Has S-(phenacyl)glutathione reductase activity. Has also glutathione S-transferase activity. Participates in the biotransformation of inorganic arsenic and reduces monomethylarsonic acid (MMA) and dimethylarsonic acid.
