Recombinant Human IL-10RA/CD210 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (His22-Asn235) of human IL-10 R alpha (Accession #NP_001549.2) fused with and a hFc tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. IL10RA (Interleukin 10 Receptor Subunit Alpha, also known as CD210) is a Protein Coding gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 10. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding, and the other, not protein-coding have been found for this gene. CD210 belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. This protein is structurally related to interferon receptors. It has been shown to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines.
