Biotinylated Recombinant Human Cell surface A33 antigen/GPA33 Protein is produced by Expi293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ile22-Val235) of Human GPA33/A33 fused with a His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal.

储存

Store at -20℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Glycoprotein A33 (GPA33) is also known as Cell surface A33 antigen, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which is expressed in normal gastrointestinal epithelium and in 95% of colon cancers. GPA33 The predicted mature protein has a 213-amino acid extracellular region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 62-amino acid intracellular tail. The sequence of the extracellular region contains 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain characteristic of the CD2 subgroup of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily, which contains.
