Recombinant Human Neurotrimin/NTM Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gly34-Leu316) of Human Neurotrimin/NTM (Accession #NP_001137531.1) fused with and his tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. 背景信息

Neurotrimin is a glycoprotein. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and IgLON family. Neurotrimin localizes to the cell membrane and contains three Ig-like C2-type domains. Neurotrimin acts as a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored neural cell adhesion molecule. Neurotrimin may promote neurite outgrowth and adhesion via homophilic and heterophilic interactions.
