Recombinant Human Transketolase/TKT Protein is produced by E. coli Cells system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Glu2-ALa623) of Human Transketolase/TKT (Accession #P29401) fused His tag at the N-Terminus.
储存
Store at -70°C. This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
（1）未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周；
