Recombinant human RNF4-4xSIM protein was determined by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie Blue.
The SIM domain contains the four SUMO interaction motifs (SIMs) of RING-finger 4 (RNF4). This SIM domain prefers binding polySUMO chains with four or more SUMOs. It is useful for enrichment of polysumolyated proteins or polySUMO chains.
