产品描述

Estradiol(雌二醇)(雌激素受体激动剂)是雌激素受体（Estrogen Receptor）的激动剂。是一种主要的人类性激素和类固醇，也是主要的女性性激素。Estradiol 可上调人子宫内膜干细胞 (hEnSCs) 神经标志物的表达并促进其神经分化。Estradiol 可通过estrogen receptor β（ERβ）通路来上调IL-6的表达。Estradiol（17β-estradiol）可用于构建慢性非细菌性前列腺炎动物模型。

操作方法
Ethanol: 20.4 mg/mL (75 mM), DMSO: 50 mg/mL (183.57 mM), 10% DMSO+40% PEG300+5% Tween 80+45% Saline: 2.72 mg/mL (9.99 mM),Suspension. Working solution is recommended to be prepared and used immediately. (< 1 mg/ml refers to the product slightly soluble or insoluble)
