Flow cytometric analysis of mouse spleen tissue was performed using the following antibody panel: PE-conjugated rat anti-mouse Ly-6G (A27159), PE/Cyanine7-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse CD11b (A27339), APC/Cyanine7-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse CD45 (A26831), ABflo® 488-conjugated rat anti-mouse CD3 (A27161), ABflo® 647-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse CD8a (A24942), and ABflo® 500-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse CD4 (A27843). The analysis demonstrated clear separation between positive and negative populations within both T lymphocyte and neutrophil compartments.
