Rapid Plus DNA Lib Prep Kit for Illumina 是针对打断后DNA样品进行文库构建的试剂盒。该试剂盒可将 1 ng~1 μg 起始量的 DNA 样本构建成适用于 Illumina 高通量测序平台的 DNA 测序文库。本试剂盒创新性的增加了 DNA 损伤修复功能，能够修复 nicks, gaps, oxidized bases, damaged/blocked 3΄ ends，AP sites (apurinic/apyrimidinic sites) 和 uracil bases等多种损伤类型。对于 FFPE 样本，该试剂盒在建库产量上展现出了卓越的性能。
