Tris-Glycine Electrophoresis Buffer is suitable for gels of the Tris-Glycine system, but not compatible with gels of buffer systems such as Hepes or Bis-Tris. It is intended for denaturing electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). This product is supplied as a powder, with each sachet capable of preparing 1L of 1× working solution.
