CD66 is divided into CD66A-CD66E subtypes, among which CD66a and CD66c are the main subtypes of B-acute leukemia cells.Abnormal expression of membrane differentiation antigen in acute B lymphoblastic leukemia. CD66 is divided into CD66A-CD66E subtypes, among which CD66a and CD66c are the main subtypes of B-acute leukemia cells. CD66 is normally restricted to myeloid cells and is not expressed by lymphocytes. It acts as a co-suppressor of the receptor in immune response, insulin action, and as an activator in angiogenesis, whose co-suppressor function is phosphorylated and PTPN6-dependent, which in turn inhibits signal transduction of related receptors through dephosphorylation of its downstream effectors. It plays a role in the immune response of T cells, natural killer (NK) and neutrophils. It also inhibits T cell proliferation and cytokine production by inhibiting the JNK cascade, and inhibits T cells by interacting with HAVCR2, playing a key role in regulating autoimmunity and anti-tumor immunity.
