Eukocyte differentiation antigen 47, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, consists of an extracellular variable region with an amino terminal, a transmembrane region consisting of 3 to 5 highly hydrophobic transmembrane segments, and a hydrophilic carboxy-terminal cytoplasmic tail region. CD47 is widely expressed on the surface of various tissue cells, especially on the surface of tumor cells. CD47 antibody has good antitumor activity. CD47 is highly expressed in almost all tumor cells and is involved in signal transduction, cardiovascular homeostasis, inflammation, apoptosis, angiogenesis, cell self-renewal, and immune regulation.
