Biotinylated Recombinant Human E-Selectin/SELE/CD62E Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Trp22-Pro556) of Human E-Selectin/SELE/CD62E (Accession #P16581) fused with a C-His&Avi tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；
复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周。

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. E-Selectin (Endothelial Leukocyte Adhesion Molecule-1, ELAM-1, CD62E), a member of the Selectin family, is a 107 - 115 kDa cell surface glycoprotein. It is transiently expressed on vascular endothelial cells in response to IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha.E-selectin mediates in the adhesion of blood neutrophils in cytokine-activated endothelium through interaction with SELPLG/PSGL1. May have a role in capillary morphogenesis.
