Recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asn19-Pro152) of Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus-macaque CD28 (Accession #P10747-1) fused with a N-hFc tag at the N-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；
复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周。

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. CD28 is the receptor for CD80 (B7-1) and CD86 (B7-2) proteins.When activated by Toll-like receptor ligands, the CD80 expression is upregulated in antigen presenting cells (APCs). The CD86 expression on antigen presenting cells is constitutive. CD28 is the only B7 receptor constitutively expressed on naive T cells.
