The purity of Human IL-7 Protein (Cat.RP01040) was greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Immobilized Human IL7 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human IL7R with a linear range of 0.97 -159.1 ng/mL.

Recombinant Human IL-7 stimulates cell proliferation of the IL-2(Catalog: RP01384)-activated mouse spleen cell. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.1-0.4 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 2.5×10⁶~1×10⁷ units/mg.

Recombinant Human IL-7 stimulates cell proliferation of the murine 2E8 cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.78-3.1ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.23×10⁵~1.28×10⁶ units/mg.

Active Recombinant Human IL-7 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asp26-His177) of human IL-7 (Accession #NP_000871.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein.
