Recombinant Mouse TNF-alpha Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu80-Leu235) of mouse TNF-alpha (Accession #NP_038721.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

储存

Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；

复溶

Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Description: The cytokine combination (IFN-γ:149.2ng/ml, Cat.RP01070; TNF-α:200ng/ml, Cat.RP01071; IL-1β : 2.7ng/ml Cat.RP01340) was dissolved into 10X cytomix using PBS. Then use the gradient dilution of 10 X cytomix stimulate C2C12 cells for 24 h, concentration as follows (0.125 X, 0.25 X, 0.5 X, 1 X, 1.25 X), induction of cell damage, finally determined by MTT were used to detect cell damage
