Biotinylated Recombinant Human VEGFR-1/FLT-1 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser27-His687) of Human VEGFR-1/FLT-1 (Accession #) fused with a His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal.

储存

Store at -20℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月；
复溶之后，蛋白溶液在-20°C及以下可保存3个月，在2-8℃可保存1周。

复溶

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. VEGFR1 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1), also called Flt-1 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase), is a 180 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the class III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs).yrosine-protein kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for VEGFA, VEGFB and PGF, and plays an essential role in the development of embryonic vasculature, the regulation of angiogenesis, cell survival, cell migration, macrophage function, chemotaxis, and cancer cell invasion. May play an essential role as a negative regulator of embryonic angiogenesis by inhibiting excessive proliferation of endothelial cells.
