Note: For cell slides, frozen sections, and bone tissue sections, it is recommended to use the mIHC Specific Antibody Stripping Buffer (Cat#: RM02984P). However, this buffer is not required for paraffin sections and is not included in this kit. Please purchase this specific buffer separately if working with frozen or cell samples. This kit is supplied with a standard Polymer-HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit/Mouse Universal Secondary Antibody. When working with mouse tissue samples, to avoid non-specific background staining caused by the binding of the secondary antibody to endogenous immunoglobulins in the mouse tissue, it is recommended to use rabbit-derived primary antibodies in combination with the Multiplex Immunofluorescence (TSA) Kit Plus (Rabbit).
- The main principle of this product is based on the tyramide signal amplification (TSA, Tyramide signal amplification) technology, hereinafter referred to as TSA technology.The main principle of TSA technology is to utilize the peroxidase reaction of tyramide (that is, the fluorescent-labeled tyramide salt forms covalent bond sites under the catalysis of HRP and H2O2), generating a large number of enzymatic reactions. The product can combine with the surrounding protein residues (including tryptophan, histidine, tyrosine residues, etc.) and form a large amount of fluorophore deposition at the antigen-antibody binding site, achieving signal amplification.Meanwhile, through antibody elution, multiple fluorescence staining labels are achieved using different fluorescent tyramines.
