First Strand Synthesis Module (Stranded) (RK20342)

ABclonal First Strand Synthesis Module (Stranded) (RK20342)适用于RNA-seq文库构建中RNA片段化和first strand cDNA合成。First strand cDNA产物无需纯化可直接进行后续的second strand cDNA的合成。该模块中的RT Strand Specificity Reagent含有Actinomycin D以提高链特异性，可搭配ABclonal Second Strand Synthesis Module (Stranded) (RK20343)使用制作链特异性RNA文库。另外，Frag/Elute Buffer是通过Mg2+高温条件对RNA进行片段化，因而用以打断的RNA样品中不能含有Mg2+等金属离子或EDTA等金属离子螯合剂等，否则会影响RNA的片段化大小。
