ABclonal First Strand Synthesis Module (RK20353)适用于 RNA-seq 文库构建中 RNA 片段化和 first strand cDNA 合成。 First strand cDNA 产物无需纯化可直接进行后续的 second strand cDNA 的合成。该模块中的 RT Reagent 不含有Actinomycin D，可搭配 ABclonal Second Strand Synthesis Module （RK20346）使用制作RNA文库。另外，Frag/Elute Buffer 是通过Mg²⁺ 高温条件对 RNA 进行片段化，因而用以打断的 RNA 样品中不能含有 Mg²⁺ 等金属离子或 EDTA 等金属离子螯合剂等，否则会影响 RNA 的片段化大小。
