ABclonal circRNA Ladder r (100-1,000 nt) consists of six different lengths of circular RNAs, namely 127 nt, 200 nt, 327 nt, 500 nt, 727 nt and 1000 nt, without any chemical modification. This product is prepared at a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL and is suitable for routine agarose gel electrophoresis and Urea-PAGE electrophoresis. Use 1 µL per sample loading and image detection is recommended to be performed with the safe nucleic acid dye (safe red RM19009).
