Recombinant Human SLC3A2/CD98 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Arg206-Ala630) of Human SLC3A2/CD98(Accession # AAH01061) fused with His tag at the N-terminus.
储存
Store at -20℃.Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.未开盖的干粉蛋白在 -20°C至-80°C可保存12个月;

复溶
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. 背景信息

This protein is a member of the solute carrier family and encodes a cell surface, transmembrane protein. The protein exists as the heavy chain of a heterodimer, covalently bound through di-sulfide bonds to one of several possible light chains. The encoded transporter plays a role in regulation of intracellular calcium levels and transports L-type amino acids. Alternatively spliced transcript variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
